Overview
TruHub is TruRating's merchant dashboard: where you view rating results, respond to customer feedback, and manage the users in your organization who have access.
This section covers how your organization's users sign in to TruHub, most importantly Single Sign-On (SSO), which lets you use your existing corporate identity provider (such as Microsoft Entra ID) to control TruHub access, rather than maintaining separate TruHub usernames and passwords for every user.
What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that lets your users sign in to TruHub with the same credentials they already use for your organization's other applications, instead of a separate TruHub-specific password.

| Identity Provider (IdP) | Your organization's authentication system, such as Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. It authenticates your users and tells TruHub who they are. |
| Service Provider (SP) | The application relying on the IdP to authenticate users (in this case, TruHub). |
| Just-in-Time (JIT) Provisioning | Automatically creates a TruHub user account the first time someone from your organization signs in via SSO, instead of TruRating needing to create every account manually in advance. |
